Article I

Access Agreement

By engaging with velijx.com or enrolling in our linguistic programs, you enter into a binding agreement with Velijx Language School. These terms govern all digital interactions and physical classroom participation. If you do not concur with these parameters, we request that you cease use of our digital infrastructure and formal academic services immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these operational protocols to maintain institutional precision. Continued use following adjustments constitutes formal consent to the updated framework.

Article II

Academic Enrollment

Admission to Velijx training modules is subject to our internal assessment standards. Registration is personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any digital access credentials provided for our Learning Management System (LMS).

Fees for curriculum access and instructional hours are structured per module. Refund eligibility is strictly bound by our Academic Standards, which require notice of withdrawal at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of scheduled sessions.

Article III

Linguistic Assets & Property

All curriculum designs, phonetic guides, proprietary vocabularies, and instructional methodologies displayed on velijx.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Velijx Language School. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Students are granted a limited, revocable license to utilize training materials solely for personal educational purposes. Any extraction of data through automated systems or screen scraping is considered a breach of this protection.

Article IV

Codes of Professional Conduct

Velijx maintains a culture of institutional precision and mutual respect. Users must refrain from:

1 Circumventing security measures or accessing non-public tiers of the website.
2 Transmitting any content that infringes upon the rights of fellow students or instructors.
3 Misrepresenting linguistic proficiency or academic credentials during the enrollment process.

Article V

Limitation of Liability

While Velijx Language School strives for absolute pedagogical accuracy, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that linguistic fluency will be achieved within a specific timeframe or to a specific metric, as outcomes depend on individual student dedication and aptitude.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Indonesia, Velijx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or inability to access our services.
